Digital Products
All our products including eBooks, PDFs, video lectures, test papers, and study materials are digital downloads or online services. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the content has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product.
- You were unable to access the content due to a verified technical issue on our platform.
- You purchased the wrong product and have not accessed or downloaded it.
To request a refund in such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@abcchemistry.com with your order ID and details of the issue. Our team will investigate and respond within 2–3 business days.
