How to report a security issue on any ABC Chemistry website, account or payment system, and what to expect from us.
Reporting
If you discover a vulnerability, weakness or suspicious activity on our websites, user accounts, payment systems or digital content, report it to us at once and do not disclose it publicly until we have investigated and resolved it.
Include steps to reproduce, screenshots, affected URLs, browser or device details and any technical notes, so we can verify and fix it quickly.
Rules
Do not exploit vulnerabilities, access personal data, disrupt services or cause damage while testing.
What we do
We review every valid report and resolve confirmed issues promptly. We do not currently offer financial bug bounties, but we value the contribution and may acknowledge responsible disclosures. Reports are handled confidentially; your identity is not shared without consent.
