Zero Error Education is now ABC Chemistry

Dear students and parents — major updates regarding our services. Zero Error Education (Dwarka, 2009–2026) continues as ABC Chemistry; two services it was known for have been discontinued permanently, for the reasons set out plainly below.

🔴 Discontinuation of home tuition services, all over India

1. Lack of trust and accountability post-COVID

Since the pandemic the reliability of home tutors has declined sharply. Many teachers agree to terms at onboarding but do not keep punctuality, regularity or professional behaviour, and even with written agreements enforcement is impractical — legal action is slow and police do not intervene in civil academic disputes. Some parents, on the other side, bargain, delay payments or change the scope midway. These unstable dynamics directly harm a student's learning continuity.

2. Financial pressure on teachers, unstable commitments

Post-pandemic inflation has left many younger educators carrying EMIs; they change jobs for small raises, accept home tuition at low rates and abandon it when a better offer appears. Frequent tutor replacement is a poor academic experience, and ABC Chemistry cannot guarantee the stability it stands for in that model.

3. Low affordability and bargaining

Many families cannot pay fair compensation for quality home tuition; the result is excessive bargaining and delayed payments, friction between parents and teachers, and good educators declining the work or quitting mid-way.

🔴 Discontinuation of group tuition up to Class 12

1. Frequent policy changes and legal uncertainty

Rules on classroom capacity, ventilation, spacing and permission to operate change often and vary across departments and districts; any violation, intentional or not, can mean heavy fines or closure. Running group tuition under such volatility is a legal and operational risk.

2. MCD, Fire NOC and infrastructure compliance

Getting and renewing a Fire NOC in Delhi means long waits, costly inspections and inconsistent requirements; a single shortfall can bring a notice or a shutdown. Physical group classes became impractical to manage or scale.

3. Irregular attendance and changed student behaviour

Irregular attendance, last-minute dropouts, constant rescheduling and distraction by free online content made group batches unpredictable for the serious students in them.

4. Continuous syllabus changes

Boards and entrance exams have changed syllabus, topics and weightage repeatedly, often mid-session. A group cannot be paced per student, board or level; a live online batch with recordings, marked tests and a doubt window can.

What replaced them

  • Live online classes for every course, plus offline classroom batches for IIT-JAM, CSIR NET, GATE and General Aptitude at the Gurugram and Dwarka offices — how they work, fees.
  • Home tuition in Delhi NCR through Great Home Tutor, a separate service with its own tutors and pricing.

Try the live online batch instead

Tell us the class or exam and we call back the same day with the batch, timing and fee. No payment before the demo.
